During a 20-year career in television, John Schiumo anchored thousands of primetime newscasts in the nation’s #1 market. At NY1 News, John led coverage of the September 11th attacks and pioneered live programming on The Call, the industry’s first interactive newscast. He also served as a national correspondent for CBS News, Newspath.

John went on to advise Fortune 500 companies, cultural institutions, and nonprofits at Global Strategy Group, an industry-leading public relations firm, where he conducted media training and public speaking workshops for CEOs and was named one of the top crisis experts in the U.S. by Business Insider.

John also gained valuable in-house corporate communications experience at Apollo Global Management, one of the world’s largest financial services companies, where he created high-visibility video content to support business growth and brand positioning.
